TYPE: FY-1600SE
The 1600SE is a fully automatic hot and cold laminator.
The maximum speed is 15m/min and heats up to 125ºC.
It is compatible with almost all kinds of hot and cold laminating films on the market.
We have our own independent core factory, from production to assembly to testing, all processes are done in our factory, with controllable schedule and guaranteed quality.
Better rubber rollers
The rubber roller is made of silicone material, heat-resistant, and can be heated up to 125°C. It is non-adhesive and has good elasticity. It will not crack like the rubber used in the industry and has a long service life. At the same time, the upper rubber roller is 32.05kg and the lower rubber roller is 32.35kg, providing stronger pressure and better molding effect.
Meter Counting Function
The laminating machine has a built-in encoder, which can accurately monitor the rotation angle of the roll to calculate the number of meters that have been filmed. Press the metering button to clear and reset the metering memory.
Material sensing & Auto-stop System
The material sensor could realize the monitoring of the feed material. Once finishing the prints, the motor will automatically stop to avoid wasting film or causing unnecessary trouble. Achieve the true unattended laminating experience.
Rear Control Panel
In addition to the conventional control of the front panel and foot pedal, the original rear control panel provides users with additional control options during the laminating process, which can be operated from the back of the laminator, effectively improving work efficiency.
Rear Cutting/Sitting Device
The cutting slot is reserved on the back of the laminating machine, which is easy and convenient to cut neatly, safer, and hands are protected.
