The max laminating width is 1.62m, speed is 10m/min, thickness is 35mm, max thermal to 60 Celsius. Yes, the upper roller can be heated up to 60Celsius. It's pneumatic. Roller going up and down is controlled by a handle valve with an air cylinder.

There are 4 cutters at the back of the laminator, customer can choose more cutters as required. The machine can do vertical cutting during lamination. The trimming switch also can adjust cutters right and left.

The operator can adjust the laminating speed through the control panel before and after the machine to prevent the material from moving around and maintain the quality of the laminating film.
